Amethyst Points and Towers

Amethyst is a member of the quartz family, and considered a master healer. Coloured purple by iron atoms within the crystal lattice, Amethyst usually forms as a crystal lining of cavities within basalt rock. These crystals all point inwards towards the centre of the cavity and are known as 'Geodes'.

Amethyst is one of the most popular crystal types and is an important mineral for any healer or collector. Whether in its natural form, or polished and sculpted into shapes, Amethyst makes excellent ornaments for the home or office. It helps make the space feel clean and calm by picking up and clearing any negative thoughts that are emitted. Those in the viscinity will feel less stressed and should be able to work for longer periods of time.

Origin: Brazil

Please keep in mind that all natural cystals have pitting, hairline fractures, pockets which may inlcude embedded dirt, scuff marks that could not be polished out and inclusions.
