Join Lindley on May 10 at the MEUS Mezzanine from 7-9pm to learn techniques for painting candles so you can add unique, personal touches to your table-scape, or give a thoughtful handmade gift. Lindley hopes to spark your creativity while showing you how to bring an artistic flair to a simple candle.
In this class you will learn:
Lindley is an artist and textile designer with over 15 years experience as a print designer, with clients including Coach, Tory Burch, Osh Kosh, Gap, and Urban Outfitters. Lindley has recently taken her experience in print & pattern design to focus on hand painting antiques and objects. She has painted on just about every surface - from shoes to furniture - and she's always looking for something to get her brushes on.
She uses her love of nature and folklore as inspiration for her work, focusing on playful color stories and adding her own perspective to each piece. Lindley's shop, Age of Violet, is a vintage storefront where she is able to curate sustainably using her artistic eye. She believes that the way we dress and decorate our spaces should be a personal extension of our feelings and what inspires us.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the items being shipped. We ship to U.S. addresses via USPS Priority Mail (Tracked). Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 3-5* business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via email. Please note that additional shipping time is required during our promotional sales events.

International Shipping Rates & Policies
We currently ship internationally via USPS Priority International/Insured for a flat rate of $50 unless otherwise specified. We offer Canada shipping that is based on weight and ships First Class. If your country is not listed, please send us an e-mail at contact@meusshop.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Please note that Priority International delivery can occasionally take up to 14 business days. Because of conditions outside of our control once a parcel leaves the US and enters into International customs, we are unable to guarantee its delivery date. We are not responsible for any sales tax, local tariffs and customs charges.
Local Pickup
Choose the free local pickup "shipping" option during checkout. You will receive an email within 24 hours once your order is ready for pickup (typically ready in three hours or sooner). Pick up your order from our shop at 104 Baker Street in Maplewood NJ.
