Pineapple Collaborative - The Olive Oil
Our one true olive love crafted in collaboration with Kathryn Tomajan using a blend of organic Koroneiki and Picual olives grown by the Ricchiuti family at ENZO Olive Oil Company and Rio Bravo Farm.
Crafted in small batches from sustainably harvested California crops. After the olives are picked at peak season, we let them do their thing without meddling: nothing fake, no additives, no weird stuff.
Pineapple Collective work directly with women producers and growers, and celebrate their valuable stories and contributions. They believe that supporting other women—their products, their companies, and their movements—creates community and connection.
Delivered in a 500ml (16.9 oz) tin. While olives might love the sun, olive oil isn't such a fan. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight, and use within 1 year of opening. 2019 Harvest.
