We've definitely tried our fair share of not-so-great pancake recipes - these two, however, have proven to be winners time and time again. Be sure to bookmark them, you never know when the mood will strike!
Crêpes
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tbs. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup of milk
4 eggs
2 tbs. melted butter
Mix eggs and milk - set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl,
slowly mix in milk/egg mixture and then slowly mix in the melted butter.
Each one is about 2 to 3 tbs of batter quickly swirled in the pan.
The batter keeps well and is actually better the next day.
