What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a chain that’s custom-fitted and welded directly onto your wrist—without a clasp. It's designed to be worn every day as a symbol of connection, celebration, or simply as a piece you love.

Does it hurt?
Not at all. The process is quick and painless. We use a small welding machine to fuse the chain together, and a protective leather patch is placed between your skin and the chain for safety.

What if I need to remove it?
You can simply snip it off with scissors where the chain was welded. If you'd like it re-welded later, bring it back and we’ll reattach it for a small fee.

Can I go through airport security with it?
Yes! Your permanent bracelet won’t set off airport security scanners—plenty of customers travel with theirs regularly.

How long does it last?
It depends on your lifestyle and the chain you choose. 14k solid gold chains can last years with everyday wear. Gold-filled options are more affordable and still very durable, but may wear faster with exposure to water, sweat, and friction.

What if my bracelet breaks?
If your chain breaks at the weld spot, we’ll re-weld it for free. If it breaks elsewhere, there may be a small fee for repair or replacement. We recommend storing your chain safely if it ever comes off.

Can I bring a friend?
Yes, but please book a separate appointment for each person. Each appointment is for one person and can include up to three bracelets.

Do you offer permanent anklets?
Not at the moment—we’re currently only offering bracelets.

Can I host a private pop-up or group event?
We’d love that! Email hello@meusshop.com and let’s chat about your event.

Can I reschedule/cancel my appointment?
A $50 deposit is required to book your Linked appointment. This deposit will go towards the final cost of your piece. If you need to reschedule we will transfer your deposit to your new appointment, if you need to cancel your appointment, you must reach out to us 24 hours before your appointment time. If you do not cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice or you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
