HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Eligible products that are purchased between December 1, 2024 and December 25, 2024, may be returned through January 7, 2025. Please note that all other terms and conditions provided in the MEUS Refunds Policy are still applicable with respect to such products purchased.

Fragrances, candles, and beauty/apothecary are final sale. All special orders, discounted and sale items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, and refunds can be applied.

All purchases made after December 25, 2024 are subject to the Standard Return Policy.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy for In-Shop Purchases

Purchases made at our brick & mortar store at 104 Baker St in Maplewood can be exchanged or returned for store credit only within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Return Policy for Online Orders

Online orders are eligible for exchange or refund in the form of a MEUS eGift Card. You may return an item within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund in the form of a MEUS eGift Card. Returned items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, free of any stains, odors, perfume, deodorant or defects and with all packaging and tags still intact and attached. Exchange or Meus eGift Cards will not be issued for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.

All returns require authorization and must accompany a return authorization number. Please email hello@meusshop.com for a return authorization. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original ship date. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged goods.

We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost returns or if the item is damaged in the mail. Once items have been received, you will receive a refund (minus the cost of shipping). Please allow one week for processing from the point at which we receive the returned item(s).

We have the right to deny a credit if any returned items do not meet our return policy requirements.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. We’ll send you an email with your Meus eGiftcard once we have processed your return.
