P.F. CANDLE CO. SOY CANDLE
Each soy wax candle by P.F. Candle Co. is hand-poured at their downtown Los Angeles studio. These small batch candles are made using the finest ingredients, including domestically grown soy wax, cotton core wicks, and fine fragrance oils. P.F. Candle Co. is a small batch candle company based in Boyle Heights, L.A., run by wife and husband team Kristen Pumphrey & Thomas Neuberger.
- 7.2 oz candle measures 2.75" in diameter and 3.75" in height. Burns clean for 40-50 hours
- Candles are hand-poured into an apothecary-inspired amber jar, finished with a utilitarian label and twist-on brass lid.
- For best burning results, we recommend burning for 3-4 hours at a time. Allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the jar to prevent the wax from building up and "tunneling". Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of a draft, pets, or small children. Allow candle to cool completely before handling.
Ingredients: 100% natural soy wax, phtalate-free premium fragrance oil, cotton wick `
Available in six favorite scents:
Amber & Moss (also comes in Mini 3.5oz 20-25 hrs and Large 12.5 oz 60-70 hr burn time)
A weekend in the mountains, sun gleaming through the canopy. Notes of sage, moss, and lavender. Mossy and clean right out of the jar, this fragrance’s base of musk and amber evokes a damp, wooded forest floor layered with soft oak moss. A hint of lavender and an infusion of sage and orange essential oils brighten up this earthy scent.
Ice cold lemonade. Dinner on the patio with your favorite people. Notes of grapefruit, yuzu, and lemon. We love a good citrus, especially ripe grapefruit. This grapefruit scent isn't too tart thanks to the leading notes of peach and mangosteen (a fruit that grows on tropical evergreen trees). While it may seem a little sweet out of the jar, we love how this fragrance mellows out on the burn, quickly filling large rooms with warm citrus and fruit notes.
Teakwood & Tobacco
The one that started it all. Some call it the boyfriend scent, we call it the O.G. Notes of leather, teak, and orange. Notes of leather, spicy black pepper and tobacco mingle with the sweetness of pipe tobacco when burned. Orange and berry soften a base of aged teak and sandalwood, blended with a hint of muskiness from patchouli essential oil.
Backyard fruit trees, something baking in the oven. A little spicy and just sweet enough. Evergreen, mission fig, and spice. Mission fig, lavender and cloves are at the heart of this spicy scent.
Top Notes: pine, fir needle, cypress
Heart: spice clove, tobacco, lavender, mission fig
Base: amber, patchouli, forest moss
Winters in the Southwest, lingering bonfires, wool jackets in rotation. Piñon logs, cedar vanilla. This scent captures the essence of the piñon pine, a coniferous staple from the American Southwest. Earthy notes of pine and balsam fir balance resinous amber and spicy black pepper. Light vanilla and smoky cedarwood add warmth and familiarity. This scent feels like an old friend: cultivated but intimate.
Top Notes: pine, balsam fir
Heart: amber, black pepper
Base: vanilla, cedarwood, cinnamon
Overgrown bougainvillea, canyon hiking, epic sunsets, city lights.
Redwood, lime, jasmine, and yarrow.
Dense forest floor, sunshine and snow, corner tree lots. Snow powder, blue spruce, cedarwood, and citrus.
