Each trauma-informed mindful movement card features a simple exercise to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and find grounding amid a destabilizing world—at your own pace, and in your own time.
Designed to be used in whatever way feels right to you, the 52 Movement Therapy cards can be incorporated into a daily somatic ritual or pulled as needed in times of stress, worry, or dissociation.
The deck is split into four themes, and each beautifully designed card is color-coded for easy use. Breath; Dance and Movement; Floor Work; and Sensory exercises work together to support your nervous system, cultivate joy, and connect you to your body in simple, powerful ways. You’ll learn to:
- Be present in the moment by focusing on your senses
- Encourage rest and recuperation with gentle floor poses
- Calm and energize your body with regulation breath
- Discharge built-up tension by moving your body in small ways through dance and movement
- Nourish your nervous system by spending time outside or in nature
A companion guide explains each prompt, shares gentle instructions, and invites you to bypass the demands and negative chatter of your cognitive mind—to move, to pause, to dance, or to drop into grounded, embodied presence. The booklet also explains what movement therapy is, why it works, and how it can work for you.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the items being shipped. We ship to U.S. addresses via USPS Priority Mail (Tracked). Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 3-5* business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via email. Please note that additional shipping time is required during our promotional sales events.

International Shipping Rates & Policies
We currently ship internationally via USPS Priority International/Insured for a flat rate of $50 unless otherwise specified. We offer Canada shipping that is based on weight and ships First Class. If your country is not listed, please send us an e-mail at contact@meusshop.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Please note that Priority International delivery can occasionally take up to 14 business days. Because of conditions outside of our control once a parcel leaves the US and enters into International customs, we are unable to guarantee its delivery date. We are not responsible for any sales tax, local tariffs and customs charges.
Local Pickup
Choose the free local pickup "shipping" option during checkout. You will receive an email within 24 hours once your order is ready for pickup (typically ready in three hours or sooner). Pick up your order from our shop at 104 Baker Street in Maplewood NJ.
