This kit was created as an invitation - to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Whether you’re gifting it to someone you love or using it as a personal ritual, each piece is meant to encourage reflection, clarity, and care.
What’s Inside:
— White Sage bundle with dried strawflowers (colors will vary - each one is unique)
— Palo Santo stick wrapped with calming lavender
— Polished Rose Quartz (a crystal of unconditional love)
— Instruction card for safe, intentional burning
Suggested Ritual:
1. Set the mood. Find a quiet space where you can be still, even just for a few moments.
2. Burn mindfully. Light the tip of your sage bundle or palo santo. Let it catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame—allowing the smoke to cleanse your space. Open a window or door to let any energy you’re releasing move through.
3. Hold the rose quartz. As the smoke clears, take a few slow breaths and hold the rose quartz in your hand. Let it remind you of softness, of care, of love that starts within.
4. Close with intention. When you’re ready, snuff out your bundle and place everything back with care. Maybe even write down a thought or affirmation to carry with you.
This isn’t about doing it “right.” It’s about showing up—for yourself, just as you are.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of the items being shipped. We ship to U.S. addresses via USPS Priority Mail (Tracked). Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 3-5* business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. If delays are expected with your order, you will be contacted via email. Please note that additional shipping time is required during our promotional sales events.

International Shipping Rates & Policies
We currently ship internationally via USPS Priority International/Insured for a flat rate of $50 unless otherwise specified. We offer Canada shipping that is based on weight and ships First Class. If your country is not listed, please send us an e-mail at contact@meusshop.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. Please note that Priority International delivery can occasionally take up to 14 business days. Because of conditions outside of our control once a parcel leaves the US and enters into International customs, we are unable to guarantee its delivery date. We are not responsible for any sales tax, local tariffs and customs charges.
Local Pickup
Choose the free local pickup "shipping" option during checkout. You will receive an email within 24 hours once your order is ready for pickup (typically ready in three hours or sooner). Pick up your order from our shop at 104 Baker Street in Maplewood NJ.
